Dylan began leading group meditations at age 21 after a transformative awakening that changed his life forever. Since then, he has combined his love of music and contemplation to craft sound experiences that transport the listeners into deeper states of attention and awareness.

He is deeply passionate about teaching meditation and its long-term benefits for mental health and fostering a sense of purpose and connection. Dylan promotes returning to simplicity on the spiritual path—focusing on mindfulness, non-judgment, and open-hearted awareness.
